Order Processing

We strive to process all orders as fast as possible. We are a small batch, family run shop and carry a smaller quantity of product than traditional mega-corps so we can focus on the quality of which we produce. Our aim is to ship your order with in 1-4 weeks. If there is potential for a delay, you will be notified through email.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that these times are estimates and may be subject to delays.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as high order volumes or postal service disruptions. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will contact you promptly.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries, but please note the following:

  • All international sales are final.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for international orders.
  • We cannot offer guarantees for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local country are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

The cost for international shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We will ensure your order is shipped promptly and accurately; however, once your package is in transit, international delivery is beyond our control.
